The four-star resort’s privately owned condominium has granite countertops and stainless steal kitchen appliances, Italian marble bathroom and whirlpool bath. As a resort condo, it brings income at the owners’ absence.
The owners and guests can marvel the Atlantic Ocean from the sixth floor pool area of the resort – from pools, Jacuzzi, cabanas – even with a drink in their hands. If they wish to cool down in the ocean, just need to walk across the street. Las Olas Boulevard’s restaurants and stores are just a short distance away. The resort offers programs for both children and adults, and local transportation. There are restaurants, gift shop, convenient store, ATM, business center with printer, notary public, a charging station for Tesla cars etc.
