It was a partnership with Gil Dezer of Dezer Development (who built six oceanfront towers with Donald Trump) and the Porsche Design Group from Germany. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide the most breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal.

The building’s most unique characteristics are the three robotic car-elevators, that take cars and their owners to their designated floor, to their private two or four garages adjacent to the units. The vehicle is self-accessible, allowing owners the freedom of entry and departure without notice. Besides private elevators opening directly into the residence, most residences have an additional luxury - a private swimming pool on the spacious terrace.
