It was a partnership with Gil Dezer of Dezer Development (who built six oceanfront towers with Donald Trump) and the Porsche Design Group from Germany. Units at the Porsche Design Tower range from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet, offering see-through floor plans of 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide the most breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal.
The building’s most unique characteristics are the three robotic car-elevators, that take cars and their owners to their designated floor, to their private two or four garages adjacent to the units. The vehicle is self-accessible, allowing owners the freedom of entry and departure without notice. Besides private elevators opening directly into the residence, most residences have an additional luxury – a private swimming pool on the spacious terrace.
More than half of the units have a duplex layout, and the ones facing the ocean include a private pool.
