It was a partnership with Gil Dezer of Dezer Development (who built six oceanfront towers with Donald Trump) and the Porsche Design Group from Germany. Units at the Porsche Design Tower range from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet, offering see-through floor plans of 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms. The building’s most unique characteristics are the three robotic car-elevators, that take cars and their owners to their designated floor, to their private two or four garages adjacent to the units.
