Ideally, we show the property in person to You. If it is not possible, we present it virtually to You- on the beach, by the golf course, near Disney, on the top of a skyscraper, or wherever our Buyers wish. Mostly in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Naples, and their surrounding areas.

I. Residential Properties
For own residence and/or for investment, for rent condominiums, townhouses, single-family-homes, multi-unit, or condo-hotels at resort-style communities, residential towers, or high-rise buildings, under construction or completed dwellings and resale homes.
Properties with short-term rent are located in places that vacationers and visitors prefer ( e.g., Disney parks, Orlando, Tampa) and by the beaches, like Miami Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Clearwater St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Naples. These properties are usually sold in turnkey condition and are ready to rent.
Long term rent
Long term rent: usually for a year, but can be six months, in most cases without furnishing.

Our job is to compare properties based on our clients’ need and preferences, the location, and price and value relation. Negotiating the price and circumstances, monitor and coordinate every step of the purchase or sale ( i.g., property inspection, legal and official checks by the title company, the possible loan application, having property appraisal). We are supervising that all tasks be completed with the cooperation and within the deadline for each party.
Most of the time, property purchase and sale in the USA is conducted by real estate agents or brokers, not the seller and the buyer arranging themselves. The most profitable is when You have your own real estate agent who only represents you and obtains and negotiates for the best price and terms.
