Location
The resort is near the Orange County Convention Center, ICON Park, StarFlyer, American and international restaurants on International Drive, and other major attractions. Sea World is about two miles, and Universal Studios is almost three. Kennedy Space Center, GatorLand, anything is reachable on the I-4 highway and other major roads. Vista Cay is off Universal Blvd., and several stores are just outside the resort’s gates ( e.g., grocery, pizzeria). Residents may reach Disney parks and many other Orlando attractions through major roads and the I-4 highway.
Property and Community Features
The condominiums have a balcony and are located in buildings with elevators, providing easy and convenient access. Parking spaces are in front of the buildings. The townhouses are three stories with an attached garage. Two, but primarily three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms total, which is rather three suites. Open floor plan, kitchen, living, dining area, pantry closet on the middle level.
